Pull the driver and pass valve covers and air test again, if you dont hear any air coming from either heads then its either the stc fitting or the hpop. Some of our customers have saved thousands of dollars! After troubleshooting i have decided i have a hpo leak. I want to do an air test but can't figure out the size of the icp threads so i can build an air valve.

I can hear small to medium sized amounts of air that appear to be leaking and gurgling inside the head right around (or. I have been reading up on performing a leak check on the hpo system and understand how to do it. Can anyone tell me what to replace? It is just hydraulic hose and on the other end is a fitting that fits my air hoses. My 6.0 will not start. I then put power to the ipr and the air abruptly stopped. I made an air fitting to go into the ipc port, and purchased/connected a pigtail to the ipr valve. On our 05's the icp sensor is located near the front of the passenger side valve cover.

I Then Put Power To The Ipr And The Air Abruptly Stopped.

The icp psi was 300. I now need to do an air test and was wondering where i can find the procedure and parts needed for it. All you need to do do is drill it and tap it to the threads on the test fitting. I could hear the ipr valve shut but i can still hear air leaking through hpop.
